Northern Lights Fiber began their mission to close the digital-divide
bringing fiber optic internet to the Grande Prairie area in 2017,
co-founded by two long-standing Peace County families. To date,
we have built, own and operate over 2,000 kilometers of fiber
optic infrastructure and serve 23 communities within Alberta.
The switch to fiber has been a huge upgrade from copper—no more buffering or slowdowns, even when streaming or browsing simultaneously.
